The service advisor Gareth was great and very informative in all areas of the service being provided. Good communication throughout the period my car was with the centre which was appreciated.
Only reason why I'm not completely satisfied is that I had to wait for 20mins when dropping the car off. No big deal in the grand scheme of things.
Rear tyres where required for the car to pass the MOT, this was authorised there and then, but no tyres in stock! Returned the following morning as requested - tyres still not available. On the third visit the tyres were fitted.
Very happy just a little disappointed there were no courtesy cars available whilst my car was having its service done. Had to get some additional childcare as wife was away.
As above. Work dine was OK, I was not told I would get a cideo sent of inspection on my vehicke so was a little perturbed to get it on my phone, I thought there was a major problem but its just the engineer doing a walk and talk of major items.
Explained problems I had with vehicle. In the main these where dealt with but others which could be considered minor where not.

I had great difficulty contacting them by phone.I arranged a waiting appointment for disc pad replacement. I was told it would take a max of 2 hours. It took almost 3 and I was kept waiting even after being told my car was ready

Less than satisfactory service experience. Having to go back for the forth time due to a handbrake issue that allows the car to roll down hill, even though being told the handbrake is fine. Previous issues not resolved first time either.
The service experience as good. My only complaint is that I was told it would be a 90min service when I booked it but didn't actually get back into my car until 150mins had passed. It is important to give reliable predictions on how long it will take

We have two BMWs for me and my wife and have been bmw owners for some time and have always thought you looked after your customers after this I am more than disappointed I feel the person touch has gone.
not being local .taxi was arranged ,car was pushed through to give me time to get home.a mix up over a fault was conceded to be the garage s error in a quick polite manner.another taxi to get back from the town center. i was on my way.many thanks.

It took me 2/3days to get through to someone to book my car in.They told me they had called me 3 times, I never received any phone calls.On the day of picking my car up I had to call 8 times no one answered only when I walked in did I get an answer
I did not have a service at Chester. I bought a BMW from Williams BMW Stockport
They kept to the time allocated.
Problem diagnosed and repaired in 1 visit (over 2 days).
Everything that was anticipated to be done was and in the anticipated time scale.

When I collected the car following an oil change, the entire contents of my iDrive had been wiped back to factory default. I lost everything I had set up over the last eighteen months. Extremely unhappy.
Well, all of above, plus the car being washed and cleaned. I'd done the same job a few days before, but the Service centre made the wheels (and tyres) look like new.
Service was v efficient. When car failed Mot (on Friday) because it required a new tyre the car was fitted in to have new tyre and sort Mot on the following Monday

A long time waiting for the part needed for the repair
Apart from your staff the surroundings are excellent: clean, tidy, newspapers readily available and the TV on the news channel.. Nice touch having the sub-titles too avoid excessive noise for those who didn't want the TV.

I was informed a top bottle of oil had been included in the service. After reaching home that bottle was not to be found and my follow up call with HJ was far from helpful.
Great Customer Service and timescale for Pickup/Drop off of the car was as informed.

I had to come in twice as a replacement part was defective so could not be fitted with discs etc on first visit. A bit flakey.
I booked a fast lane appointment.Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me it would take 2 to 2.5 hours!To change 4 wheels.In the event it was complete in just over an hour.Although the car was washed when I asked for it not to be. Time wasted!
The series centre was clean, sharp, stocked with coffee and WiFi. All staff helpful and smart. Love the video health check a great addition and really makes you trust what is being said. Please pass on my comments as bad news gets talked about good

I don't know why I had to wait so long for someone to hand my car back to me. I sat around for about 20 mins but was told my car was ready. I don't like waiting around.
No courtesy car available and I was returning for the second week running for a very similar fault. I had to take a day out of my working week each time.

Very satisfied with Bmw and the service provided. Only thing I would say is I had my car serviced April and have been told it requires another service within 4 months. I would have thought for the price we paid everything would be done at once.
Service was good. The "free" valet was not good to the point I ended up washing it myself afterwards as big bits were missed.

The Online provision of the experience was tortuous with the service appointment part not working satisfactorily. I made direct contact with staff at Chester who resolved and the subsequent contacts throughout the appointment was good.
All reported issues addressed
Can't see why they couldn't have updated the sat nav. Would have assumed that they would have had the time and technology instead of leaving it to me.
Only issue was the tyre pressure indicator on the car had not been reset and was flashing warnings at me.
I was kept up to date with the repair progress.
