The service received lived up to the reputation of halliwell Jones
Job was conducted well but I had an appointment at 1100 but I was not asked for my keys until 1123.
Nice waiting area, spoken to politely, free drinks, washed car for me.
Service was good. The "free" valet was not good to the point I ended up washing it myself afterwards as big bits were missed.
Very satisfied with Bmw and the service provided. Only thing I would say is I had my car serviced April and have been told it requires another service within 4 months. I would have thought for the price we paid everything would be done at once.

The Online provision of the experience was tortuous with the service appointment part not working satisfactorily. I made direct contact with staff at Chester who resolved and the subsequent contacts throughout the appointment was good.
Can't see why they couldn't have updated the sat nav. Would have assumed that they would have had the time and technology instead of leaving it to me.
Only issue was the tyre pressure indicator on the car had not been reset and was flashing warnings at me.
It was suggested that we drop the car off early (08:30) only to be told by the receptionist that work would not start on the car till the afternoon. Although we were told at the time of booking that it was quiet.
I was kept up to date with the repair progress.
Everything was completed to my complete satisfaction
The car had some mud marks on the inner dash and seat, which could have been cleaned for 5 stars.

I had a broken seatbelt in my car that needed replacement, however I was not offered a courtesy car for the work to be done and when I asked I was told I would need to book 3 weeks in advance. I do understand car availability is limited.

Had vehicle collected from home and so did not meet adviser. Did not receive feedback on 2 work items requested: squeaky rear wiper and active guard coming on unexpectedly. Wiper does not appear to have been fixed.
I would commend HJ for their services, workmanship, people & premises.However they appear reluctant to challenge BMW regarding justifiable claims outside of warranty. I have experienced this and to much onus is left to the customer to challenge BMW
Always welcomed and looked after. Good communications and a reasonable contribution to a Taxi fare offered to get back into town. Good coffee too!
Customer service manager was professional and obviously very experienced in addressing issues of concern in difficult circumstances. He diffused tension in a skilled and effective manner. Good people skills.
You did what was required, and I drove away with a fixed (and CLEAN!!) car

Decent service but speed of collection of vehicle after being advised that it was available left a slightly sour taste. Mid afternoon with no queues but was left to wait for nearly 20 minutes. Only 1 member of staff appeared to be working.
Couldn't fault any aspect of it.

The car was serviced satisfactorily and collected and delivered from my home.The issues have are:It is very difficult to get through to HJ by telephone.I had new brake pads and the service interval was not reset and I had to return to the dealer

Please read previous comment. Staff who I was transferred to provided misinformation. When I collected the car I was not entirely impressed with the valet done on the car and the problem with the windscreen treatment with Protection X still not done

Managed to fit in our car with short notice and always lovely to get it back, cleaned and almost like new.

I had to wait before weeks for a Saturday appointment, apart from this I would be completely satisfied.
Everything great, car spotlessly cleaned. Had to wait a good 20 minutes for my rep after watching my car being driven out of the workshop and into the collection area.
Sales team are superb, service team polite and helpful but let down by a lack of communication. Customer has to chase up issues rather than being contacted with updates

Very clear process, well delivered at the time, with a clearly defined process. My car was returned having been given a mini valet, much appreciated!
The only issue is this was my first service and was no told what it included so was surprised to find out on reading from the service sheet that tyres pressure and checking are not included. Also I mentioned issue with washer jet issue not resolved

I was told my car was completed and ready for collection. When collecting the exhaust rattle was still present and the handbrake was still not operating correctly, so I had to rebook the car in. I specifically requested my car was not washed, it was.

Great service but the only thing let it down is that someone lied about someone not being there and they were. Transferring my private reg plate over and was told it will be sorted but had to pay £80 when picking the car up.
No problem with sales process but irritated by poor response to feature missing off the spec we asked for. Spoils the experience to some extent. Perhaps you could follow it up for us.

Salesman very quick to secure the sale, then 'took his eye off the ball' and assumed that the business trail had been completed - he compounded that by continually re-assuring me that the missing transactions had been checked - when they had not.
Experience was excellent. Apart from the bit where I was asked to transfer funds from my account to yours??
Mark Wainwright was excellent. He gave me a lot of time to answer my questions. Kept me updated regarding acquiring a test vehicle. Sent me a personal video of the car I was purchasing. At no time did he try to push me into a purchase.

Hassle free, everything was explained in great detail. Car was delivered to spec and on time. I still have a few questions eg Connected Drive but I know I can call in any time and it will all be explained and demonstrated to me.
