It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. The servicing is carried out in an efficient and seamless way from the reception to the signing off of the vehicle. Videoing of the inspection of the tyres wheels and brakes gives a useful reassurance to the owner of these vital safety components.

Car failed MOT in March 2017 and had to have handbrake lever and mechanism replaced at considerable expense only a few weeks after routine service. On 1/2/18 it failed MOT again before passing after H/B had been adjusted/tightened. Unsatisfactory!!

The quality of service is 1st class. A courtesy car is usually available within a week or so. My vehicle is always cleaned inside and out prior to picking it up.

The process was not made clear beforehand. I was given an appointment but when I arrived was told that they had no idea how long it would take as it wasn't a fixed appointment. This was not made clear to me beforehand and could have been inconvenient

The only negative point about my recent experience is that I had to wait for over 5 min, just to be seen by the receptionist, and when I then went to the parts department, no one came to the desk even after 6min of ringing the bell and waiting.
