The service was carried out efficiently and almost within the promised timescale.and they even cleaned the outside of my car.

At 12.00 I noted that my vehicle was in the bay ready for collection. At 12.25 I went to reception to see what the delay was and was told that the person dealing with my car was on lunch break. 12.45 when a rep. managed to fit me in.
Did exactly what the car was in for and I was kept informed of the progress throughout.
Personal contact is good. Online Comms are poor.
Because I was completely satisfied!

The service advisor at Halliwell Jones James Whitfield was actually very helpful and kept me informed and managed to fix my car. He has provided me with his contact details for any future issues which was helpful and appreciated.

I was told over the phone it was a 2 hour window, and then upon arrival I was told my car would be ready by the end of the day (longer than 2 hours).
Very Good Customer Service
Un able to fix the tailgate opening with the foot motion. Even the Service person could only get it to work 1 in 10times. I now need to take it back in.
1) the trip computer was not reset to show the mileage/date of the next service2) I have a pre-paid service plan for my vehicle. I did not receive an invoice for the cost of the service, and so have no knowledge of the remaining service credit.
There was a BMW representative waiting for me as I arrived, so no wait. The car was taken away, serviced out of sight and returned washed and dry, with all details provided. It was good, although a 'delay' meant I had to wait twice as long as told.
Excellent service with the people I dealt with at the centre but the lady I spoke to on the phone to book the appointment wasnt that good. She wasnt welcoming and a bit abrupt
I was told it would be a two hour while you wait. Waiting room comfortable, magazines papers, tv, free coffee. Professional service and was two hours on the dot.

Great to be able to continue to work in your reception while the car is being serviced. Coffee and car wash are an added bonus.
All the work that was carried was done to an excellent standard as per the quotation. I was very pleased.The only negative was that some marks were left on the cream leather seats, but this was rectified by BMW giving the car a free valet.

Would have given 5 stars but they failed to supply the screen wash as I was charged for, awful job on washing the car, only half the car washed, the black they paint onto the tyres ran all over the alloys, it looked as if they were covered in oil
Nothing much to do on this 18K service (Oil and oil filter) - little to go wrong. Also rear BMW badge replaced under warranty and squeaking doors (window seal rubbers to shadow line trim - PTFE tape used at contact point - crude but effective).10/10

The car was ready -I could see it in the bay, and it was a fruther 20 minutes before I was advised it was ready. service took more than 90 minutes as advisedAlso price quoted was not price when I went to pay, nearly £100 more, this was rectified
Car courtesy car was ordered and due to our commitments the drop off of bmw was delayed until next morning. However, the local enterprise car hire in Chester did not re-reserve the car for us hence delay on the arrival to BMW service for us to depart
Good service when I go there
Everything was done (even though a new part has to be replaced with another new part within 24 hours).
The service was carried out to expectation and the car was immaculate when it was returned. I would have given 5 stars if I had not had to wait for 20 minutes when I picked it up after its service.

Normally this would have been five stars but on this occasdion my car has been in to address the following. Creaking noise- suspect to be eithr flexing/slight movement of the interior plastic or the doors. This is my 2nd bm with the same failure!!!!
Only reason why I'm not completely satisfied is that I had to wait for 20mins when dropping the car off. No big deal in the grand scheme of things.

Arriving and checking in car , serviced and car washed and valeted on completion of work.
Rear tyres where required for the car to pass the MOT, this was authorised there and then, but no tyres in stock! Returned the following morning as requested - tyres still not available. On the third visit the tyres were fitted.
As above. Work dine was OK, I was not told I would get a cideo sent of inspection on my vehicke so was a little perturbed to get it on my phone, I thought there was a major problem but its just the engineer doing a walk and talk of major items.
Very happy just a little disappointed there were no courtesy cars available whilst my car was having its service done. Had to get some additional childcare as wife was away.
Explained problems I had with vehicle. In the main these where dealt with but others which could be considered minor where not.

I had great difficulty contacting them by phone.I arranged a waiting appointment for disc pad replacement. I was told it would take a max of 2 hours. It took almost 3 and I was kept waiting even after being told my car was ready
The initial booking was lost, if I hadnt rang for another issue the dealer would not have had my car booked in.
The trade in agreement / negotiations for the new car, were completed without fuss and resolved quickly to everybody's satisfaction. Additionally, the delivery date was far prompter than I expected.
From host to sales to finance all exceptional. Only thing letting the garage down is the way the cars are being prepared.
Very well greeted by receptionist, Julie. From the start to the finish of the purchase, the salesman, Steve Scoffield, handled everything perfectly. Very light and spacious showroom.
