I was told to take my car in at 8:30am and collect at 4:00pm. I left 5:36pm

I had work on my tailgate carried out whilst under warranty unsatisfactorily according to dealer. Now out of warranty it’s cost me £544 it should have been done correctly first time.

Booked in 3 weeks in advance for brake fix & recall. No courtesy cars so allowed 2 days off from work. Called at the END of day 1 to state that no parts available & no mechanic available to remedy brake issue - thus, I would have to rebook!

The customer service was excellent and very efficient and they paid for a taxi to take us to and from Chester city centre. The only thing that let them down was that they did not reset the date on the car computer.

We had booked a car for the day whilst ours was being serviced. The one they originally gave us was a series 4 a really lovely car but my wife is disabled and struggled to get in, the staff realized this and quickly changed it to an X3 brilliant.

The only downside was being asked to wait to see the service agent when dropping off my car and again when collecting it, I just wanted to drop it off and pick it up without having to wait just to discuss that my car had been serviced and repaired.

They were expecting the car so check-in was fast and painless, they did the work, and the car was ready 5 minutes before the time we had agreed for collection.

When I checked in I was told it would take 90-120 minutes. When I pointed out the poster on the wall said 90 minutes I was told it was because of the wash. I stated that I didn't want a wash.The actual turnaround was excellent about an hour.
