I've just received the best service from BMW and the dealer for my car.A major fault developed on my car which destroyed the engine, this was replaced by BMW with no cost to myself other than diagnostic of fault.A confidence booster for quality.

It is very pleasant feeling in the reception area as is the taxi service into Chester. However, having been told to return to Halliwell Jones by 12.30 - 1.00 my vehicle wasn’t ready for me to drive away until after 2.00

1. Both 01244 393600 and 0800 9996364 went unanswered despite repeated attempts. 2. Requested service confirmation text never arrived.3. Online service pack checker not working.4. Halliwell Jones Chester forgot to reset my car’s service alerts.

At noon I was told needed urgent replacement tyre. No tyre was available although it was a standard issue. The work would have to wait until another day. I couldn't keep the courtesy car. Kwik fit sorted it immediately (20 minute job)

Receptionist is fine and efficient, but each time I visit the service center I have to wait in excess of 45 mins before I am attended to, even when I am given a collection of vehicle time slot i still am left waiting for 45 mins plus??????

Buying the car from the dealership was a joy and no issues at all, completing the warranty work was also no problem, the service wash of the car afterwards was shocking.

Getting through to ANYONE was very, very difficult - new central reception system is hopeless.

As above, 2 issues were pointed out at service but not redolved. Both issues are obvious but I was told they could not identify any issues. Issues are excessive vibration, obvious as to be obtrusive in the cabin and brakes clunk at slow speed.

The staff are very polite, but found it took very long time to do a simple service and I also that it is very overpriced, also believe a valet would make it better instead of a quick wash and hoover.

I did take issue with your solution to a small nail in a tyre, a new tyre at £240? This solution was declined on the basis it was repairable. And was taken down the road to ATS. As it transpired the nail was so small it hadn't punctured the tyre

Loan car was unavailable for the time my car was being serviced, but, a car was left outside my home all day by the driver who picked up my car for service. My car was returned from service unvaleted. Not the sort of service that I expect from BMW!

Not happy with after service valeting. Oil/grease marks found on rear of drivers seat and on seat squab of front passenger seat.Marks not noticed until I arrived home, 20 mile journey to take car back to service point so cleaned off marks personally

Having a day to spot a oil leak on my new car. It was booked in for a repair and a service as that was needed quite soon. It was picked up on Wednesday and was told I will be noticed by the end of the day. Got it back Friday afternoon..

Car failed its MOT the day after Chester inspected and cleared the parts that had been marked as defective in a service a few weeks prior. Also rear camera unit had a fault. The wrong part was ordered meaning a wasted day at the service centre.

This latest visit to Halliwell Jones was customer service perfection. The gearbox was changed and I paid for an interim service. I was kept up to date at all times by Steve and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Finally someone in the Service dept. were able sort out the issue with the exhaust knocking against the bodywork. Very happy that the problem was finally sorted & the work done, unhappy that it's taken two years as this fault was present from new.

I had work on my tailgate carried out whilst under warranty unsatisfactorily according to dealer. Now out of warranty it’s cost me £544 it should have been done correctly first time.
