I was asked if I wanted my car cleaned and I said yes. The car was washed and hoovered well but the seats/trim wasn't hoovered. This is no issue just not what I expected hence why I've only given a score of 4.7 rather than 5.

The information on the car i drive talked about needing an inspection service so that is what i booked online but on arrival it was only needing an MOT. Perhaps you should consider removing this potential mistake for the customer.

My locking wheel nut was noticed to be missing the next working day after collecting my car from Halliwell Jones (HWJ). The Tyre Pressure Monitor/RDC warning light also started showing on my dashboard. HWJ refused taking responsibility for the nut.

They even disposed of my egr valve where I could have taken that back to my local garage to claim for parts warranty so Iv ended up paying 2 lots of £160 investigation charges and £300 on a job I had done in December i want to Speak to head office

My car had its first birthday check over and the engineer found a nail in a tyre. So they sourced a new tyre and fitted it on the same day. I was pleased that they were able to do this. Also the car was washed and vacuumed to a high standard.

Having eventually got to a service person it went well. Prior to getting to that person it was a ridiculous process, where I had to justify to unqualified staff why I wanted a service appointment.

Whilst I feel that my car is in good hands at HJC, the customer experience is frequently not so good. Despite booking well in advance, I couldn't get a promised return time and the cost was considerably higher than alternative options such as ATS.

Staff and location are lovely, but a problem did arise after a service item was added to my iDrive's service log. When the iDrive service update occurred, two independent service records were wiped, plus the car's very first first one by BMW.
