Very disappointed with BMW. I was wrongly told my spark plugs weren't genuine and my garage was at fault, which was untrue. After BMW confirmed they were genuine, no apology was given. I also paid £120 diagnosis fee and lost half a day work for this

Check in was great, but I was advised that I needed urgent work on my car, which turned out to be the fact that my windshield wiper smeared - the estimate was £75 and there was nothing wrong with the wiper!!

I was very satisfied. The service representative had a technician look at my issue as the roof was stuck down because of the issue. The technicians were very helpful and sorted it out within 48 hrs as a walk in issue that response was great.
