Would have been 5 star other than, Windscreen washer fluid level low warning came on some 2 miles after collection. I was half expecting the screen wash fluid to be topped up on service. No big issue. The service advisor was very pleasant and helpful

I was helped by Matt Rae who was the best service guy I've had the pleasure to deal with. In two weeks I was helped by him and on both occasions as soon as the car was available I was called to say it was ready. Never happened before.

This was a 100% improvement on the last service ( a recall) where my car had been kept in the garage for several days unexpectedly when Haliwells mechanics encountered problems in replacing the gas filter.

I seemed to get a repeat of last year's message telling me I needed 3 new tyres. Called and didn't get a call back. However staff did their best and in the event, they weren't required.

I was really impressed with the service from start to finish. My car was with the garage for several days for a big repair. Mike was very professional, courteous and kept me updated throughout. Everything was explained clearly.

Georgia the lady who welcomed us both times was very helpful and respectful as was driver Eamon who took us and brought us back from Chester after being at HJ for 5 hours. The workshop seems to be main problem. Manager Andy Roberts also seems good.

When booking my car in the lady that took the booking didn't say that it would be at the garage to potentially 5pm and advised it would be a few hours It caused problems with transport home but the man on reception did all he could to help

Video told me I needed 2 new rear tyres. I couldn't get a response out of anyone in the service department during the day. Hj would have charged me £1140 for these tyres. I was advised they would fail the mot.

Car service was great, visual breakdown of inspection good. Very poor car cleaning. I wouldnt normally say anything but I was purposely phoned by a staff member to ask if I wanted my car cleaned. No rubbish removed, no interior wipe down.
