Everything was great apart from the interior of the vehicle, there were quite a few marks on the leather and a scuff on the passenger seat. Ellie had the valet clean these off and reported the scuff to the warranty centre.

Car came back from service with service light still reading on My BMW app. Spent a great deal of time calling and chasing to rectify. In the end raised issue with BMW Connect to get some traction. Also service originally overpriced then discounted

The issue took far too long to resolve, I was passed from Chester to Warrington and back again, multiple failed promises of calls back from Chester, Warrington were excellent though, but Chester provided nothing other than an awful service.

Georgia was excellent, courteous, polite, kept me well-informed, but parts arrived damaged, work was not properly completed, wash was cursory at best. After 4 days in the workshop.
