I did not intend to buy that day but the test drive was excellent (we were allowed to take it out ourselves and drove home to experience the car on our regular roads), the offer was good and the sales executive Ryan got it just right.

Would have been 5 stars if I had been provided with my MOT certificate. I had to ring up 4 times, was promised it would be emailed to me, but it never was. On 4th call I was told if I went on Gov MOT (only) check site I could download a copy. I did.

Monique was great, polite and professional but for the 2nd time in the last 3 services I've had, my service light has not been reset which means another trip back to the centre. Service Staff are clearly incapable of doing their job correctly.

Car wasn't like for like, size wise with my kids and pram. Valent was awful, boot wasn't done, dash board wasn't done. Rubbish was left in car.

The reception staff were very good overall. I was waiting at the check in desk for several minutes before I was attended to. The waiting facilities were excellent with great coffee and biscuits, a range of newspapers, clean toilets.

I got the car back with the MAPS updated to 2021 version of Eastern Europe. Western Europe (where I live) was wiped. I could not see my own street. Not only is it poor that they did not load correctly but they obviously did not test their work!!

I would highly recommend Hailwell Jones Chester, having bought M cars ( which can be quite troublesome) from Southport HWJ and Crewe Lookers, the Chester HWJ has always provided the best service.

I was really well looked after by Matt who explained the whole process to me. He sorted the loan car for me and explained all of the controls before sending me on my way. He couldn't have been more helpful.
