The staff at HJ were friendly. But this could not hide the fact that you were paying extra extraordinarily high fees for rather basic service to change the oil and a few filters.

Whilst I was happy with the overall service provided, I did not give 5 stars due to the 'selling strategy' that was used to sell me new car tyres. Whilst my car was in for a recall, 2 tyres were not safe resulting in paying approx £500 for new tyres.

Only offer to clean a customers vehicle if it going to be completed to a high standard. Understand the time pressure, but better to give the car back sooner rather than to waste time cleaning it poorly. Don't ask me to confirm a score I've given.

Wasn't impressed that I had to go through a filter to book Chester and couldn't book directly with them. It was only after chatting to the man at Chester that I discovered I could've booked a 2hr quick service saving me a 2hrs extra travel time.
