Items requiring attention were dealt with during one visit which was essential given the current restrictions on waiting whilst the car is serviced. The downside was the need to be picked up and returned to HJ later .
The staff were very efficient in dealing with me.

I'm completely satisfied as I appreciate its advisable to have my BMW serviced at a BMW dealer while it's still under warranty. However, I think once out of warranty I would take the car somewhere more reasonably priced for the service.

Everything worked from booking in to the lady service advisor who walked me to the car. Having carried out hundreds of oil changes myself thought this was very expensive but on reflection it is close to two years so on balance is good value.

I am 69, determined to stay safe from Covid. Waiting appointment for MOT Arrangements in place and superb staff ensured I was and felt totally safe And able to reassure my 73yr neighbour that it is safe for her appointment in Feb.
Member of staff was able to book me in on a more convenient date so i could get my M.O.T done on time. Everything on the day went well and was finished within the time advised. The Staff at chester service were very polite and made me feel valued.
